This exciting opportunity is for a Study Manager to join our team. As a Study Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing the health of animals and people.
You will design protocols, conduct field and laboratory studies, and collaborate with global teams. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong scientific writing and communication skills, as well as excellent project and time management skills.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in a science-related discipline and experience working in regulated environments. You should be familiar with GxP, VICH GCP, or OECD GLP standards and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of research/development processes, knowledge of animal health, disease, and parasitology, and excellent scientific writing and communication skills.
As a Study Manager, you will ensure high standards of animal welfare and adhere to GxP, VICH, FDA, OECD, and internal SOPs while promoting continuous process improvement.
You will also support resource planning, knowledge sharing, and peer development within the research team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Study Director/Investigator in GxP studies, designing protocols and collaborating with global teams.
- Conduct and manage complex field and laboratory studies in livestock and companion animals, ensuring scientific protocols meet regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Liaise with external research partners, implement disease models, and support early-stage research.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation to the Animal Ethics Committee (AEC) and ensure high standards of animal welfare.
- Adhere to GxP, VICH, FDA, OECD, and internal SOPs while promoting continuous process improvement.
- Support resource planning, knowledge sharing, and peer development within the research team.
- Bachelor's Degree in a science-related discipline (veterinary degree preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of research/development processes and knowledge of animal health, disease, and parasitology.
