Key Responsibilities:

  • Support maintenance of our bowling machines including mechanical repairs, machine cleaning & general lane fixes during shifts
  • Complete the Preventative Maintenance Schedule for all equipment, machines and venue attractions/devices
  • Assistance in the maintenance of all other pieces of equipment in the venue;
  • Liaison with specialist trades/contractors; and
  • General facility upkeep (painting, repairs, etc)
  • Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe

Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate, with ongoing support from the national technical team.

Requirements:

  • Natural technical/mechanical aptitude
  • Proven technical or mechanical experience
  • A willingness to learn and problem solve
  • A mature, collaborative and positive approach to your work
  • An ability to work autonomously but also communicate effectively to the team
  • Naturally inclined to keep workspaces and the venue tidy and organised
  • Understanding of work, health and safety standards
