We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Brisbane Hub. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects for our diverse range of clients, including Aerospace, Transportation, Energy, Manufacturing, Communication, and Healthcare.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. With a deep understanding of business analysis software, such as Jira, Confluence, Signavio, BPMN, or other process tools, you will work closely with our clients to identify and define business needs, deliver solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working with stakeholders to elicit and define business needs.
  • Developing and maintaining business cases, product roadmaps, and customer journeys.
  • Analyzing and developing options papers and recommendations.
  • Providing task and project estimates, assisting with backlog grooming, and running Scrum ceremonies and stand-ups.
  • Designing and implementing organizational change plans.
  • Conducting as-is and to-be process and gap analysis.
  • Training users on new processes and systems.
  • Planning and overseeing system and user acceptance testing.
  • Assisting in post-implementation support.

You must be able to adapt to new environments and industries, working effectively with both internal and external teams. You will represent MIGSO-PCUBED on client sites, exemplifying our core DNA of #TeamSpirit, #Commitment, and #Excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field; Master's degrees are advantageous.
  • Qualifications and/or certifications in Agile, SAFE, IIBA, or BABOK will be given considerable regard.
  • 5-8 years of experience in client-facing business analyst roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. MIGSO-PCUBED acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live.
