Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and activity coordination, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Design and produce engaging infographics to enhance project presentations, reports, and marketing materials, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Develop and manage various project-related documents, such as discussion papers, reports, communication plans, and training materials, to maintain organization and clarity.
  • Support the management of the Division's workflow of security requests through the Front Door SharePoint site, leveraging your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent stakeholder engagement experience, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in creating infographics and visual aids, utilizing your creativity and technical expertise.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work both independently and within a small team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stress.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new digital tools and make the most of existing software, embracing innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude, with excellent attention to detail, driving results-oriented behavior and a customer-centric approach.

Security Clearance Requirements:

This is a security-designated position, requiring a current Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance before commencing the role.
