Innovative Marketing Campaign Coordinator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the creation, execution, and optimization of highly targeted 1:1 Supermarket offers and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Direct/Digital Marketing, Data Driven Marketing, or similar fields, with experience in managing multi-channel direct marketing campaigns. They will also possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across various levels.
You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to brief, build, QA, report, and optimize offers and campaigns, as well as supporting the Promotion Executives and Marketing Managers on broader strategic projects. Your passion for data and analytical skills will enable you to drive campaign performance, maximizing return on marketing expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:- Brief, build, and QA 1:1 promotional offers based on business requirements
- Support the delivery of targeted 1:1 campaigns to drive engagement with members and deliver on key business objectives
- Data entry capabilities and accurate creation of team documents to support offer building and program reporting
- Create presentable reports for Marketing Managers to present to suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyse data to discover insights, recommend offer optimizations, and achieve commercial outcomes
- Experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Data Driven Marketing, or similar roles
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.)
- Understanding of customer databases and complex data sets, including segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder networks
- Demonstrable experience in managing successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns
