Acquisitions Expert

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in mergers and acquisitions?

We are looking for someone who can contribute to our team's evaluation and execution of all acquisitions, investments and divestments.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in M&A, corporate finance/development, and the ability to assess and manage competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential.

The role involves:

  • Undertaking detailed financial analysis and valuation work, including developing financial models
  • Drafting presentations and papers for senior stakeholders, committees and Boards
  • Understanding the strategies of individual Business Units and considering whether opportunities fit within that strategy
  • Independently managing specific workstreams within M&A transactions
  • Liaising with Business Unit and support function partners
