Personal Development Therapist

We are seeking a qualified professional to work as a therapist with our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop effective personal, social and vocational development and adjustment strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and client outcomes.
- Interview clients, prepare case histories, and assess problems.
- Record observations, write progress reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop treatment plans for each client, provide therapy, and administer standard psychological tests for assessment.
- Counsel individuals and groups, facilitate group sessions, and help clients manage physical illness and disorders.
- Apply psychological theory and principles regarding behaviour and mental processes.
- A Master's degree in Counselling Psychology is required.
- You must be a Canadian citizen or have permanent residency.
- You should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, organisation, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential.
