About this leadership role

  • Take charge of day-to-day operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by motivating, training, and mentoring your team to drive success.
  • Monitor store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
  • Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for a passionate and driven leader with:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and team development skills to coach and mentor team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
  • Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
