What You Will Do:Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our children and aligns with industry standards.
Support educators in delivering an exceptional educational program, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
Assess children's learning and development, setting clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.
Contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan, driving excellence in all aspects of our service.
- Diploma in children's services required.
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework necessary.
- Previous experience in the early years sector beneficial.
- Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent required.
