Electromechanical Assembly Leadership Role

The Electromechanical Assembly Leadership Role is responsible for overseeing the analysis, repair, remanufacture, validation, and documentation of complex electromechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains high product quality and remanufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to best practices.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, leads, and develops hourly remanufacturing team members, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Interacts with customers, as well as Service, Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, PC, QA, Logistics, and other departments to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyzes issues and develops creative and cost-effective solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Monitors metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess safety, efficiency, and cost management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to foster a close working relationship with team members and management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of electromechanical assembly processes and procedures.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
