Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a charismatic Customer Experience Specialist to create magic with customers by providing exceptional service and showcasing unique features, including life-sized LEGO models and a Pick-a-Brick wall.

Your Role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will lead and drive an engaging customer-centric culture within the team. You will be self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for retail and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support with product selection, special offers, and product inquiries.
  • Assist the management team with operational tasks, including store opening and closing routines.
  • Work closely with the team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
  • Support efficient inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product range and share enthusiasm for LEGO with the team and customers.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer-centric approach.
  • A genuine love and understanding of the LEGO brand.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Extensive availability to work, especially during peak periods.
