Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

Our Workplace Rehabilitation team helps individuals achieve their goals and return to work. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

You will work with clients across various tasks, providing assessments and rehabilitation solutions to facilitate successful outcomes.

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help clients regain functional capacity
  • Collaborating with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Providing guidance on workplace modifications and accommodations to support client return-to-work initiatives

About the Role

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to promote client recovery and independence
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships and drive positive outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Current Working with Children Check
