Salesforce Developer - CRM Integration Specialist

This role focuses on integrating our Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms with our Student Management System (Banner) using Informatica, along with a range of other internal systems. You'll bring solid experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and customizing Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Providing technical expertise and support for Salesforce-related projects, including troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of all development activities, system configurations, and project progress.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to educate staff on Salesforce best practices and system usage.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications or formal training in IT, Computing Studies, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of proven experience working as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Marketing Cloud Developer, or other relevant certifications are highly valued.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid flexibility to work from home and a campus near you. Preferred locations are Sydney and Melbourne.
