We are seeking an accomplished Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

**Job Description:**
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to meet our high standards. You will work closely with our Executive Housekeeper to direct and motivate our team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

**Responsibilities:**
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained to meet our quality standards
• Supervise and direct Team Leaders, Room Attendants, and House Persons
• Monitor productivity and daily schedules to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide training and guidance to Room Attendants to ensure correct cleaning procedures and chemical usage
• Consult with Housekeeping Management on personnel matters, including hiring, evaluating, suspending, and training personnel

**Requirements:**
• Previous supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a similar Resort or Hotel environment is highly regarded
