The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve distribution centre performance
  • Collaborate with operational teams to drive cultural change and ensure adherence to quality fundamentals
  • Provide coaching and training to DC teams on quality tools and approaches
  • Investigate quality escapes and implement containment actions and permanent corrective actions
  • Coordinate reporting and analysis of Logistics measures in Supply chain environment

About You:

To succeed in this position, you will require 8+ years of experience in a Quality or Process/Project Management position, supported by continuous improvement and Lean 6 Sigma experience, together with a tertiary qualification in a Quality or Logistics related discipline.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Influencing skills with a global mindset
  • Demonstrated resilience when dealing with issues on mission critical infrastructure
  • Demonstrated communication skills to internal and external customers in challenging customer situations
  • Commercial acumen and skills in executing quality tools in a matrix environment
