Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the conduct of studies is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that study protocols are adhered to
  • Conduct on-site monitoring visits
  • Review and input into study protocols, CRFs, and validation tools
  • Prepare and review Monitoring Guidelines, CRF Completion Guidelines, and patient information documents
  • Assist in submissions to ethics committees and competent authorities
  • Manage investigator and institution contracts
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Data Management Team
  • Participate in feasibility studies and Investigator selection

Requirements:

  • University degree in sciences or related fields
  • At least 2 years experience as a Clinical Research Associate in a pharmaceutical company or CRO
  • Strong knowledge of relevant guidelines (e.g. ICH GCP) and regulatory requirements
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Travel availability
