Responsibilities:

* Operate stand-up electric forklift and electric pallet jack to move merchandise
* Complete daily forklift safety checklist and follow safety procedures
* Stack non-palleted merchandise and merchandise from damaged or unacceptable pallets onto Costco-approved pallets
* Wrap pallets of double received goods with plastic wrap and move into rows of stacked pallets for transport to the floor or steel by merchandising drivers

Experience:

* Forklift driving or comparable experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

* Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift (prior to beginning work in department).

Qualifications:

* Education/Training: None
* Licenses/Certifications: Costco Forklift Certification required, Electric Pallet Jack
* Experience: At least 6 months forklift driving experience required, merchandising experience required
* Knowledge/Skills: AS 400 knowledge, computer skills, excellent communication skills, receiving or comparable experience
