Job Summary:

As a Team Leader in our Proactive Services team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to ensure all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard. You will coach and train your team members to develop their skills in trolley collection, cleaning and waste support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a roster for your team to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered
  • Work with leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming priorities
  • Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction
  • Complete time and attendance activities for your team members, such as tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Order consumables for your stores, such as cleaning supplies, and manage these within allocated budgets

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers and carparks
  • A good eye for detail and cleanliness
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks
  • The ability to work with other department managers and leadership teams to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes
  • You need to be organized to ensure your team has all the equipment and supplies they need to work safely and efficiently
  • Comfortable working within regulated frameworks, such as food safety and industrial regulations
  • A valid full driver's license is required for collecting trolleys using our vehicles
