Utilita delivers planned, corrective and responsive maintenance and projects on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to lead our team in Brisbane, Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Scenic Rim council areas.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scoping jobs & work pack development within an electrical environment.
  • Point of contact for escalations or to support troubleshooting on site.
  • Attending planning team meetings and assisting in developing planned corrective work schedules.
  • Liaising with suppliers to coordinate parts and resources, ensuring accurate and reasonable pricing.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and client employees across field operations and management.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role (water experience advantageous).
  • Trade qualification in Electrical & Instrumentation.
  • A track record of good stakeholder management and a client focus.
  • Well-developed, detail-oriented organisation skills.
  • A collaborative approach to working - both with your colleagues (to share and learn), and with clients.
