Senior Property Manager: Leading the Way in Property Excellence

About the Role

The Senior Property Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of service residences, ensuring that contractual obligations and DHA standards are met. This involves managing occupant and landlord interactions, maintenance, and other property-related matters within established Standard Operating Procedures.

You will conduct thorough property inspections, identify areas of improvement, and coordinate the preparation of properties for incoming occupants. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging maintenance services, raising work orders, monitoring progress, and authorizing payment upon completion.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development, coaching, and training of colleagues in partnership with other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of service residences, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and DHA standards.
  2. Conduct property inspections, identify areas of improvement, and coordinate property preparations for incoming occupants.
  3. Arrange maintenance services, raise work orders, monitor progress, and authorize payment upon completion.
  4. Develop, coach, and train colleagues in partnership with other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driver Licence and eligibility for Baseline Vetting security clearance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and proactive approach to tasks.
