- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of fostering a collaborative and accountable culture within operations.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in food manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing plant reliability and optimisation programs.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, professional, and friendly approach.
