Job Title: Event Venue Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.
  • Manage financial resources, analyzing data and monitoring sales and profits.
  • Network within the community to foster loyalty and understand customer needs.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to promote services.
  • Address maintenance issues, staffing shortages, equipment, renovations, etc.

Requirements:

  • Current approved management license, RMLV, gaming nominee, RSA, and RSG certifications.
  • Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication.
  • High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Availability to work in hospitality environments.
  • Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work independently.
  • Thorough understanding of profit and loss management.
  • Experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail settings.
