Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Tarocash. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in menswear
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
