  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Preparing detailed proposals and contracts tailored to client requirements
  • Conducting high-end site inspections and entertainment to drive conversion and customer loyalty
  • Supporting the hotel's service and relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Utilizing negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
