We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our Customer Fulfilment Centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online customer orders.

About the Role

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift up to 18kgs repetitively throughout the duration of your shift. You will work in a fast-paced, cooperative team environment where you will enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders to ensure they are physically available and ready to go out the door on time
  • Work in a team environment to meet customer delivery deadlines
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
