Automotive Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Automotive Specialist. This is a challenging role that requires working in a fast-paced environment, carrying out repairs on all types of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Log and record daily activities and work progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Mentor and guide apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any required repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanical Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified motor vehicle technician or mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical and electronic systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
