This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a Physiotherapist in Residential Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing timely, effective, and high-quality physiotherapy services to residents in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess functional care needs and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes for residents.
- Collaborate with residents, their representatives, and other healthcare professionals to deliver resident-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in physiotherapy.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes continuous quality improvement and resident satisfaction.
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Practical experience in aged care or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and services.
