As a Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. Your role includes:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results
  • Managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow with precision and efficiency
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a positive, merry atmosphere throughout the experience
  • Bringing energy and positivity even on busy days
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
