Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Sydney team as an Asset Management Advisor. This role is critical in delivering high-value asset advisory services and driving our company's continued growth and impact.

The ideal candidate will work closely with directors and associates to achieve key project outcomes, including evaluating and reviewing asset management and facilities management service delivery models, preparing lifecycle and whole-of-life cost models, and assisting with due diligence reports for asset management and FM services under PPP models.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with evaluations and reviews of potential asset management and facilities management service delivery models.
  • Preparing lifecycle and whole-of-life cost models.
  • Assisting with preparation of due diligence reports for asset management and FM services under PPP models.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in building, property, asset management, or facilities management (or related discipline).
  • Commercial experience across the asset management and facilities management procurement lifecycle, including development of specifications, KPIs, and payment mechanisms, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities.
