Key Responsibilities:- Review receipt authority, payment authority, day one investigation letters, and statutory forms.
- Conduct investigations into company/individual affairs.
- Prepare ASIC reports.
- Assist with director/bankrupt interviews.
- Review graduate work.
- Identify, research, and resolve complex issues.
- Prepare letters of demand.
- Assist with business trade, including budget and forecast preparation.
- Liaise with lawyers, agents, and auctioneers.
- Prepare reports to creditors, including financial analysis.
- Draft correspondence and serve as the main point of contact for engagement correspondence.
- Business/Commerce degree.
- Law degree with an interest in Insolvency.
- Previous experience in an Insolvency role.
- Completion or near completion of CA or equivalent.
- Commencement of Insolvency Education Program (ARITA).
- 1-4 years of experience in an Insolvency role.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Networking skills.
