About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our NSW & ACT Water Utilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering challenging water and wastewater concept and detailed design projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead successful teams to deliver high-quality design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Undertake civil design and hydraulic analysis of water and wastewater network infrastructure, including pipelines and pumping stations
  • Produce technical outputs to meet client expectations, including design documents, reports, and specifications
  • Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent project outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Contribute to business development opportunities, including tender responses

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia is highly desirable
  • Experience working on the design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines and pump stations
  • Knowledge of Australian water industry standards and codes
  • Experience in design software packages, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
