Senior Manager Financial Crime Risk Advisory Job Description

This role is a critical first line of defence function that provides comprehensive and integrated risk services in support of the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Operational and compliance risk advice will be provided on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Papers will be drafted for key risk forums and committees to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • The team member will contribute to capability uplift and maintenance across COO, including Risk Culture, by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • CMRS assessments will be facilitated, and support will be provided to major programs of work, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Risk analysis will be conducted, and control improvements will be implemented to mitigate potential risks.
  • CBA and risk knowledge will be developed among team members through coaching and mentoring.

Additionally, responsibility will include maintaining and assisting with RiskInsite item management.
