Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Salesperson, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers in selecting the right garden equipment and lifestyle products to suit their needs.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting products and answering questions about product features and benefits
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom and display areas
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales or retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
