Oral Health Care Assistant

At our dental centre, we're seeking a motivated and skilled individual to support our dental team. As an Oral Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists with various procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient treatment.
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment by sterilising instruments and preparing treatment rooms.
  • Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support the front desk team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in dental assisting is highly valued, but not essential. We're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer software are crucial for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care is essential for building trust and rapport with our clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
