We are currently seeking a skilled butcher to join our team in Mackay, Australia.

About the Role:

As a qualified butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and processing various meat cuts according to customer specifications. You will also contribute to maintaining attractive product displays, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, and providing exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing a variety of meat cuts to meet customer requirements
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a focus on product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Butchery or equivalent trade qualification
  • Significant experience in retail or wholesale butchery environments
  • Sharp knife skills and attention to detail
