Employee Assistance Program Clinician Position

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified mental health clinician to provide counselling services to clients through our Employee Assistance Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering face-to-face and online counselling sessions, clinically managing client risk, and working within a short-term framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions via telephone and video.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work.
  • Professional registration with the relevant health professional body.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a clinical setting.
