Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced site operations manager to oversee industrial cleaning operations.

This is a critical role that involves managing and supervising a team of cleaners. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the site, as well as enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

  • Manage a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and plans to meet client requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
About You:
  • You have at least one year of experience in site management or a related field
  • You hold a valid SA driver's license and have access to reliable transportation
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • You are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
