About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic team members who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.

The role requires adaptability and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving store sales through displays and merchandising, and promoting add-on items to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Drive store sales through effective product placement and ticketing strategies
  • Assist customers with buying decisions and promote complementary products
  • Operate cash registers and process sales using EFTPOS systems
  • Maximise sales by creating visually appealing displays and product arrangements
Requirements:
  • Experience in assisting customers with buying decisions and promoting additional products
  • Ability to handle cash and operate EFTPOS systems efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
