Our client, a national commercial law firm with offices across the country, is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join their busy Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on high-quality construction matters and contractual disputes, providing expert legal advice to clients.
  • Drafting commercial and litigation documents, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with a range of clients, including head contractors, developers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Experience in handling high-value commercial disputes and other litigation, leveraging technical legal skills.

Requirements:

  • Admitted lawyer with 3-6 years PQE experience in Construction Law.
  • Strong academic record, coupled with excellent technical legal skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes, managing competing tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence.
