Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a Site Service Supervisor to coordinate and supervise on-site maintenance, shutdowns, and service projects across multiple customer locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in mining equipment maintenance, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
This role involves championing a safety-first culture, leading pre-starts, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Safety Leadership: Foster an incident and injury-free workplace by promoting a safe work environment.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee scheduled maintenance, shutdowns, and ad-hoc repair works on MMD equipment.
- Crew Management: Manage day-to-day work activities, crew performance, and monitor progress.
- Mentorship: Develop team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative workforce.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining site documentation, identifying and resolving safety or operational concerns, and representing MMD's values and technical capability in front of our customers.
