About the Role

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences, helping to deliver on team budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • Succeed in succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and utilize your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Develop coaching and provide on-the-spot feedback to your team.
  • Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business success.
