Regional Health & Safety Manager Australia West / NT

The Regional Health & Safety Manager, Australia West / NT role is a critical position within our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with office and project management as the HSE focal point for all aspects of project delivery in AUW.
  • Escalating emerging risks to Project leadership associated with project contractual requirements or HSE vision.
  • Conducting regular HSE conversations, leadership interactions, HSE talks, training sessions, and promoting safe work practices to ensure awareness of HSE at all levels.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure customer HSE expectations and requirements are met.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of HSE risk management activities within projects and offices, providing timely advice and support.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Extensive HSE experience on major projects.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HSE business and project processes and field practices.
  • Project delivery procedures and processes expertise.
  • Stakeholder management and leadership skills.
