Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic professional to oversee and enhance product quality at every stage of the production process. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for excellence.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Product Quality Monitoring: Ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality through regular monitoring and inspection.
  • Recipe Management: Develop and maintain product formulations in line with our Request for Change process.
  • Process Improvement Projects: Lead initiatives to boost process capabilities, reduce costs, and elevate product quality using statistical process control techniques.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute projects that align with productivity, maintenance, and quality goals.
  • Capital Expenditure: Develop and present justifications for capital expenditure to senior management.
  • Communication: Keep production teams, peers, and senior leaders informed with clear and effective updates.
  • Quality System Compliance: Act as the site's QMS Coordinator, ensuring adherence to QA systems, environmental policies, and safety regulations.
  • Training Coordination: Design and implement training programs to upskill factory staff.
