The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Leader to lead our team and create an exceptional retail experience in our new store opening in Australia.

Your Role

  • Motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensure the store looks top-notch and runs smoothly.
  • Develop strategies to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and high-energy environment.
  • Manage store operations, including various projects for a seamless launch.
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prioritization skills to make data-driven decisions and turn insights into action.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
