The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and manage stock levels, inventory, and store operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A competitive salary package (approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum)
