About the Position

You will become a part of a supportive welcoming team and have opportunities to work in a variety of settings whilst working across both discipline-specific and multi-disciplinary teams.

As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) or Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, while also guiding mentoring less experienced staff.

This position involves taking on more leadership responsibilities including overseeing delegated activities offering support to colleagues all while ensuring delivery of person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds or is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.

RN/M2C:

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
  • Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.

RN/M1:

  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
