Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a wellbeing program that aligns with our college's strategic priorities and values.

  • Use data and evidence-based research to inform wellbeing initiatives and measure their impact.
  • Lead and manage a team of wellbeing professionals to ensure the effective delivery of wellbeing programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies and organizations to access resources and expertise that support our wellbeing programs.

Requirements:

  • Registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing wellbeing programs and services.
  • Strong understanding of wellbeing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
