Position Overview:

Compensation & Benefits:

Role Responsibilities:

In your capacity as the Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations alongside a Retail Manager.
  • Promote and provide professional services, particularly in vaccinations, for which certification is mandatory.
  • Support the expansion of pharmacy practice to its full potential.
Essential Qualifications:
  • AHPRA Registration: Valid and current
  • Vaccination Certification: Required
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality professional services
  • Interest in expanding practice scope is advantageous
Work Environment:
  • System Used: Fred
  • Script Volume: Consistent
  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-4:00pm, Sunday 9:30am-12:30pm
  • Flexible Roster: Options available for scheduling
  • Support Staff: Includes a second pharmacist, full-time intern, dispensing technicians, and pharmacy assistants
