Expert Geriatric Medicine Leader

Delivering high-quality clinical practice across the continuum of care requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering expert medical care to patients with complex geriatric needs. This includes:
- acute care
- sub-acute care
- consultative (hospital and community) services
- rehabilitative services
- ambulatory services
in addition to contributing to undergraduate teaching, postgraduate teaching, research activities, and quality assurance activities within the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must be registered as a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine with the Medical Board of Australia and hold Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians with advanced training in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent.
