With 4 locations across Perth, we are a rapidly growing food business driven by a passion for good food and great service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve high-quality coffee made from fresh beans to meet our customers' expectations.
  • Monitor equipment calibration and volumetrics throughout each shift to maintain our coffee standards.
  • Clean, maintain, and ensure all coffee equipment is in good working order.
  • Train, mentor, and manage our team of baristas, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience as a Barista, preferably in the specialty coffee market.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of various coffee products and types to consult with customers effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build great relationships with colleagues and customers.
